Delete Your Eloenn Data

Version 1.0 · Effective 15 September 2026 · Eloenn AI Solutions

There are two levels of deletion. You can disconnect a single social account and keep using Eloenn, or delete your Eloenn account and the data tied to it entirely. Both are done by you, while signed in — nobody can request deletion of someone else's account.

A. Disconnect a social account

Sign in, then:

  • Open Accounts from the menu.
  • Find the account you want to remove.
  • Choose Disconnect and confirm.

When you disconnect an account, Eloenn immediately:

  • Destroys the stored authorisation for that account.
  • Marks the account disconnected.
  • Stops all further synchronisation and platform requests for it.
  • Stops any publishing through that authorisation.
  • Records the event in your workspace's activity log.

Disconnecting this account will stop Eloenn from accessing it through the connected authorisation. Previously stored information may remain where necessary under our retention policy unless you request deletion or applicable requirements require earlier deletion.

B. Delete your Eloenn account and associated data

Sign in, then go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account & data.

You confirm by typing your own email address and the phrase DELETE MY ACCOUNT. We only ever delete the account you are signed in to. We never ask you to email us a password, a token, a key or a recovery phrase.

What is deleted:

  • Your account and profile.
  • Workspaces you own, and everything in them.
  • Your membership of workspaces owned by other people.
  • Brand details, connected account records and stored platform authorisation.
  • Content, missions, campaigns, audits, action plans and recommendations.
  • Analytics snapshots and AI generation records.
  • Uploaded profile screenshots, including the stored files themselves.
  • Calendar connection records, calendar authorisation and generated events.
  • Notifications and notification preferences.
  • Subscription, payment, invoice and AI credit records for workspaces you own.

What is kept: a minimal record that a deletion request was received and completed — the date, the status and how many workspaces and connected accounts were affected. That record contains no social content, no personal content and no credentials.

Active subscriptions may need to be cancelled or handled according to the applicable billing terms before deletion. Deletion cannot be undone.

Deletion status

A request moves through requested, verifying, processing and completed. If something cannot be removed automatically, the request is marked for manual review rather than reported as finished. Your current request status is shown in Settings.
