Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must be permitted to hold accounts on any social platform you connect.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity in the workspaces you own. Workspace roles — owner, admin, content manager, analyst and approver — control what each member can do, and access is enforced on our servers.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for reviewing anything before you publish it, and for complying with the rules of every platform you connect.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Eloenn for, or to assist with, any of the following:

• Fake engagement of any kind, including bought followers, likes, comments, views, shares or saves.
• Bots, automation intended to imitate real people, or engagement pods.
• Spam, mass unsolicited messaging or automated harassment.
• Impersonation, credential theft or unauthorised access to any account.
• Follow/unfollow manipulation or other attempts to manipulate platform systems.
• Misleading activity, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass platform API restrictions.
• Using Eloenn to violate any third-party platform's policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts used this way.

6. Social platform integrations

Connections depend on the platform's own authorisation, the scopes you grant, the platform's rules and any approval our application requires. Integrations are available where supported and may be subject to platform approval. Where an integration is unavailable, Eloenn still works with information you add manually or import, and labels it as such.

Eloenn Social Growth AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other third-party social platforms unless expressly stated.

7. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content and brand material you provide, and of content generated for you in your workspace. You grant us the permission needed to process it in order to run the service you asked for.

8. AI-generated content

AI output may contain errors, omissions or statements that do not fit your brand. You are responsible for reviewing anything produced by the AI before publishing or acting on it. Eloenn does not guarantee any particular business, follower, engagement, reach or revenue outcome.

9. Analytics limitations

Analytics reflect what a platform makes available to us with your authorisation, plus what you add manually. Some metrics are unavailable on some accounts; missing numbers are shown as unknown rather than as zero, and confidence is reduced accordingly.

10. We never guarantee numbers, and we never fake engagement

We don’t sell you followers. We build the system that helps you earn them. Eloenn provides analysis, strategy, content, missions and measurement; results depend on execution, content quality, audience response and platform behaviour.

11. Trial

Eligible new users get a 14-day free trial on the plan they select. A trial is not a paid subscription and does not renew by itself. When it ends, you continue on a paid plan if you subscribed, or move to the Limited Free state. Your data is preserved either way.

12. Plans and pricing

Prices are in Nigerian Naira:

• Creator ₦5,000 monthly, ₦11,000 for 3 months, ₦23,500 for 6 months, ₦45,000 yearly
• Pro ₦10,000 monthly, ₦22,000 for 3 months, ₦47,000 for 6 months, ₦90,000 yearly
• Business ₦20,000 monthly, ₦44,000 for 3 months, ₦94,000 for 6 months, ₦180,000 yearly
• Agency ₦35,000 monthly, ₦77,000 for 3 months, ₦165,000 for 6 months, ₦315,000 yearly

13. Billing, renewals and failed payments

Subscriptions bill for the period you choose and renew unless cancelled. A subscription is only activated after the payment is verified with the provider on our servers. If a payment fails, the subscription moves to past due with a 3-day grace period; if it still cannot be taken, the workspace moves to the Limited Free state. No data is deleted because of a failed payment.

14. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

Upgrades take effect once payment is verified, with any unused value shown before you pay. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access until the current period ends; you can reactivate before then.

15. Refunds

Refunds are recorded and reviewed for duplicate payments, confirmed billing errors, verified technical payment problems and approved exceptions. Refunds depend on the capabilities of the payment provider used, and crypto refunds in particular may require review. AI credits already consumed are generally non-refundable.

16. AI credits

AI work consumes credits, and different operations cost different amounts. Monthly allowances are Free 10, Creator 75, Pro 200, Business 500 and Agency 1,000, refreshed each month of your billing period. Extra credits can be bought at 100 for ₦1,000, 500 for ₦4,000, 1000 for ₦7,000. Credits are only granted after payment is verified, balances never go below zero, and credits are returned when an AI run fails.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse, unlawful use or platform-policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

18. Deleting your data

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings, or follow the data deletion process.

19. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party outages, API limits and platform changes can affect features that depend on them.

20. Intellectual property

The Eloenn platform, its software, branding and design belong to Eloenn AI Solutions. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

21. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is handled, and forms part of these terms.

22. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost audiences, or the outcome of decisions made from AI recommendations or analytics.

23. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top change when we do, and previous published versions are kept on record.

24. Governing law

The governing law and dispute venue will be those of the jurisdiction in which Eloenn AI Solutions is established; this section is pending final legal confirmation and will be published in a future version of these terms rather than stated inaccurately here.
