Each platform allows different things. We show exactly what's possible for your account — reading your profile, reading posts, analytics, publishing — and what isn't, instead of pretending everything works.

Can I upload a screenshot of my profile instead of connecting?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WEBP of your profile and the analysis reads only what's genuinely visible in it. Anything it can't see stays unknown rather than being treated as zero, and the result is labelled as coming from a screenshot.

The AI stops before doing the work and tells you your balance, what the operation needed and how to continue — buy credits or upgrade. Your balance can never go below zero, and if an AI run fails the credits are returned.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?

Yes. Upgrades take effect after the payment is confirmed, and you're shown what your unused time is worth before you pay. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the period ends; you can reactivate before then.

Your subscription goes to past due and you get a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. If it still can't be taken, the workspace moves to the Limited Free state. Nothing is deleted at any point.

Send only the asset shown, on the network shown, to the address shown. If something arrives that doesn't match the request, we hold it for a person to review instead of activating anything — and funds sent on the wrong network may be permanently lost. We can't promise recovery.

Why is my crypto payment still pending?

Accepted Answer

Blockchain payments need confirmations before they count as final, so the status moves through detected and confirming before confirmed. Your payment quote is valid for 15 minutes; if it runs out, ask for a new one rather than sending to the old amount.

Underpayments and overpayments aren't activated automatically. We record what was expected, what arrived and the difference, and hold the payment for review.

No. Expiry, cancellation and failed payments all move you to the Limited Free state — your workspace, content, audits, missions, analytics, brand details and calendar stay exactly as they are.

No. Credits are returned automatically when a run fails, and a failed result is never saved as if it worked. Try again, and if it keeps failing tell us what you were doing.

Use a PNG, JPEG or WEBP under 8MB. If the file is a different format or larger, the upload is refused with a message rather than failing silently.

Why does my analytics page show gaps?

Because we only show numbers we actually have. Where a platform doesn't give us a metric, or your account isn't connected, the metric stays blank instead of being invented or set to zero. You can add your own numbers manually.
